The Program Manager is a highly strategic role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role serving as the manager for key projects, driving both strategic vision and project implementation forward; this role requires the execution of complex tasks and driving organization-wide impact. She/he will contribute to the development of Douar Tech’s pedagogical approach and actively contribute to the creation of original assets through the implementation stage with beneficiaries. The Program Manager’s primary role will focus on the implementation of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs program in partnership with the US Embassy Morocco, among other active and prospective Programs. She/he will also contribute to the design of new and upcoming programs and partnerships.
